The Measuring Method and Research Progress of Physiological Information in Sleep

Because the number of sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) population is increasing and the traditional medical sleep detection methods have problems, the research of portable household sleep detection system has being more concerned. The sleep detection methods for the portable household use mainly include contact and non-contact type. In this paper, the principle of the portable detection methods and their recent development are described, and the various detection methods are analyzed.
