      Development and Application of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Devices

      • Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), as an important treatment for patients with acute kidney injury and end-stage chronic kidney disease, has become an indispensable treatment method in the fields of intensive care and renal replacement therapy. CRRT originated in the 1990s, initially focusing on a single dialysis mode. With the advancement of technology, treatment modes have gradually diversified, Treatment effectiveness and safety have been optimized, and treatment efficiency has also been significantly improved. This article surveys the development history of CRRT devices and its clinical applications in acute kidney injury, chronic kidney failure, sepsis, and other diseases. The future development of CRRT devices with a focus on intelligent and portable treatment plans and the potential of CRRT in clinical applications.
