Abstract
In cardiac ablation procedures, the accuracy of catheter positioning determines the authenticity of the cardiac model and the accuracy of the ablation target. This article reviews the literature on catheter positioning for electrophysiology and summarizes the key technologies for catheter positioning, such as magnetic-electric fusion and interference suppression. Aiming at the shortcomings of electric positioning and magnetic positioning, the rationality of catheter positioning technology based on magnetic-electric fusion is elaborated, and the overall frame of complex catheter positioning is summarized and proposed. That is to say, the magnetoelectric conversion matrix is established first, and then the catheter shape is optimized. The interference factors such as magnetic field interference, body movement, respiration and heartbeat in catheter positioning and their suppression method are analyzed and discussed in detail. Finally, the development trend of three-dimensional electrophysiology catheter positioning technology is prospected, which provides some feasible ideas for the research of catheter positioning technology based on magnetic-electric fusion.
