      脑状态指数在临床麻醉深度监测中的对比研究

      Comparative Evaluation of Encephalon State Index in Monitoring the Depth of Anesthesia During the Stage of Surgical Anesthesia

      • 摘要:
        目的 对比双频指数(bispectral index, BIS),探究脑状态指数(encephalon state index, ESI)在临床麻醉深度监测中的性能。
        方法 通过单中心临床实验,采集60名患者脑状态指数(ESI)和双频指数(BIS)的数据,对比分析两者在临床麻醉深度监测中的一致性、相关性和预测概率(prediction probability, Pk)。
        结果 一致性分析:脑状态指数(ESI)和双频指数(BIS)在清醒和麻醉状态下的均值差和标准差分别为-0.18±5.42, -0.11±6.51。相关性分析:在整个手术期间的相关性为0.92。预测概率:ESI与BIS的预测概率分别为0.97和0.97,能很好地预测麻醉状态。
        结论 脑状态指数(ESI)和双频指数(BIS)在麻醉手术中具有较好的等效性,能够有效满足临床的麻醉监测需求。

         

        Abstract:
        Objective Evaluate the performance of Encephalon State Index(ESI) in depth of anesthesia monitoring in clinic surgery, compared with Bispectral Index (BIS).
        Method ESI and BIS were collected of 60 patients in a single-center clinical trial to compare the differences in measuring the depth of anesthesia.
        Result consistency analysis: the mean difference and standard deviation of ESI and BIS under awake and anesthesia status conditions are -0.18 ±5.42, -0.11 ±6.51, respectively. Correlation analysis: the correlation was 0.92 throughout the operative period. Prediction probability: The prediction probabilities of ESI and BIs are 0.97 and 0.97 respectively, which can well predict Anesthesia Status.
        Conclusion ESI and BIS have good equivalence in surgery during clinic anesthesia, which meet the clinical anesthesia requirements.
