物联网技术在医学工程中的研究概述

      Research Overview of Internet of Things Technology in Medical Engineering

      • 摘要: 物联网在医疗保健领域发挥着至关重要的作用,智能的医疗设备、创新型的传感器以及轻量级通信协议的不断发展,使医疗物联网成为可能。该文概述了物联网技术在医学工程方面的研究进展,从健康监测系统和可摄入传感器的监测设备两方面进行了研究。健康监测系统从心脏病监测、糖尿病监测、脑部神经监测三方面进行了分析,可摄入传感器的医疗设备以胶囊内窥镜为代表。进一步概述了智慧医院的相关情况,最后对物联网技术在医学工程方面所面临的挑战与应对策略展开了讨论,以期为物联网技术在医学工程方面的研究奠定基础、提供思路。

         

        Abstract: Internet of Things plays a vital role in the field of healthcare. Smart medical devices, innovative sensors and lightweight communication protocols are making the Internet of Medical Things possible. This paper summarizes the research progress of Internet of Things technology in medical engineering from two aspects of health monitoring system and ingestible sensor monitoring equipment. The health monitoring system is analyzed from heart disease monitoring, diabetes monitoring and brain nerve monitoring. The medical equipment that can absorb sensors is represented by capsule endoscope. This paper further summarizes the relevant situation of smart hospital, and finally discusses the challenges and countermeasures of the Internet of Things technology in medical engineering, in order to lay the foundation and provide ideas for the research of the Internet of Things technology in medical engineering.
