肝素涂层在血液接触医疗器械中的应用现状

      Progress in Application of Heparin Coating in Blood Contact Medical Devices

      • 摘要: 血液相容性是制约血液接触医疗器械产品临床应用的主要问题,特别是长期与血液接触的医疗器械会激发宿主的免疫防御机制,从而引起血栓的发生。肝素抗凝血涂层将肝素分子链接到医疗器械产品表面,改善材料表界面与机体之间的相容性,降低宿主免疫防御反应的发生率。该文从肝素结构与生物特性、肝素涂层医疗产品市场应用现状、肝素涂层技术不足与改进措施等方面进行了阐述,可为血液接触医疗器械的应用研究提供参考。

         

        Abstract: Blood compatibility is the main restriction of blood-contacting medical devices in clinical application, especially long-term blood-contacting medical devices will stimulate the immune defense mechanism of the host, resulting in thrombosis. Heparin anticoagulant coating links heparin molecules to the surface of medical device product materials, improves the compatibility between the material surface interface and the body, and reduces the host immune defense reactions. This study reviews the structure and biological properties of heparin, the market application status of heparin-coated medical products, the insufficiency and improvement of heparin coating, which can provide a reference for the application research of blood contact medical devices.
