      • 摘要: GE Brivo MR355 1.5 T磁共振系统结构原理复杂、维修难度大,软硬件的各种原因都会引起设备故障。临床工程师应熟悉设备的基本结构和运行原理,在出现设备故障后需要首先查看报错信息,结合故障现象和维修手册,理清思路后仔细分析可能引起故障的原因,采用逐步排除法、原理分析法和同原理交换法等,分别更换同样型号的贴片钽电容和日本住友冷头后设备恢复正常运行。作为临床工程师应对大型设备定期做好设备巡查和预防性维护保养工作,有利于降低设备故障率。

         

        Abstract: The GE Brivo MR355 1.5 T magnetic resonance system is difficult to maintain due to its complex structure and principle. Clinical engineers should be familiar with the basic structure and operation principle of the equipment. After the failure of the equipment occurs, they should first check the error information, combine the fault phenomenon and maintenance manual, clear their thoughts and carefully analyze the possible causes of the failure, and adopt the method of step-by-step elimination, principle analysis and exchange of the same principle. After replacing the chip tantalum capacitor and sumitomo cold head of the same model, the equipment resumed normal operation. As a clinical engineer, regular equipment inspection and preventive maintenance should be done for large equipment, which is conducive to reducing the equipment failure rate.
