Status and Future Directions of Diagnostic Techniques Related to Bile Duct Stenosis

摘要: 胆管狭窄的诊断与鉴别诊断是个体化治疗的重要依据，也是当前精准医疗时代的一项重要挑战。近年来，胆管狭窄的临床诊断技术不断迭代优化，多种生物标记物检测、非侵入性影像学诊断技术和侵入性内镜诊断技术已逐渐成为诊断良恶性胆管狭窄的常规技术。该研究系统阐述了当前胆管狭窄诊断技术的现状及未来发展方向。

Abstract: The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of bile duct stenosis are the foundation for personalized treatment. However, accurate diagnosis of bile duct stenosis remains a significant challenge in the era of precise medicine. In recent years, several novel diagnostic techniques of bile duct stenosis have been developed. And various biomarker detection, non-invasive imaging diagnostic techniques and invasive endoscopic diagnostic techniques have gradually become the conventional techniques for diagnosing bile duct stenosis. Here, we systematically reviewed the current status and future directions of diagnostic techniques related to bile duct stenosis.
