阵列式蓝光LED在黄疸治疗箱内照射均匀性的研究

      Study on Irradiation Uniformity of Array Blue LED in Jaundice Treatment Box

      • 摘要: 对如何提高黄疸治疗箱内蓝光LED阵列照射均匀度的问题进行了研究。首先通过理论推导建立光照强度不同的LED内外阵列照射均匀度算法的数学模型。然后以目前医疗环境中黄疸箱内蓝光阵列的实际尺寸为例,通过编程迭代和仿真验证得到LED蓝光最佳的光照均匀度和LED阵列的排布。优化后的LED蓝光照射均匀度比传统的LED阵列均匀度提高了42.9 %。

         

        Abstract: The uniformity of blue LED array in jaundice treatment box is improved. The mathematical model of illumination uniformity algorithm for inner and outer LED arrays layout is established. Taking the actual size of blue light board in jaundice treatment box as an example, the optimal illumination uniformity with best LED arrays layout are obtained through programming iteration and simulation verification. The uniformity of blue light LED improved 42.9 % comparing with tradition LED arrays.
