Abstract: At present, there is no guidance or standard document to evaluate the performance of liquid stop membrane for infusion set, and it is impossible to conduct quantitative analysis and quality supervision of product performance. In this paper, a method for measuring bubble point pressure of liquid stop membrane is studied, and the correlation between bubble point pressure and the performance of liquid stop membrane is explored. The results of bubble point pressure test are used as the daily control index of liquid stop performance. It provides a practical reference value for the evaluation of liquid stopping performance of liquid stop membrane.
