一次性使用避光输液器中添加剂的耐迁移性研究

      Study on the Migration Resistance of Additives in Disposable Photophobic Infusion Set

      • 摘要: 该文采用一次性使用避光输液器在不同条件下进行临床输液的模拟。每隔30 min(共计4 h)收集模拟液,利用光谱法、色谱法等方法测定模拟液中的添加剂(Fe3+、4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDA)及抗氧剂1076)的含量,并经方法学验证其可行性。该方法操作简单、方法稳定可以用于避光输液器产品的技术监控工作。

         

        Abstract: The disposable photophobic infusion was used to simulate clinical infusion under different conditions. The simulated liquid was collected every 30 min (total 4 h),and detected the additives (Fe3+, MDA and antioxidant 1076) in simulated liquid by spectroscopic method and chromatography method. The method is simple and stable, and can be used for the technical monitoring of the disposable photophobic infusion set in the future.
