基于心电信号循环平稳特征的心脏性猝死识别研究

      Identify Sudden Cardiac Death Based on Cyclostationary Characteristics of ECG Signal

      • 摘要: 针对心脏性猝死疾病识别准确率不高的问题,提出了基于心电信号循环平稳特征的识别方法。利用小波变换对心电信号去噪,依据心电信号的循环平稳特性,采用循环谱估计的方法在循环频率域提取循环平稳特征,通过支持向量机对心脏性猝死进行识别。实验结果表明,循环频率均值最能反映心电信号的循环平稳特征,利用循环频率均值能够对心脏性猝死疾病进行有效识别,猝死心电信号的识别准确率最高可达97.50%。

         

        Abstract: Aiming at sudden cardiac death diseases identification accuracy is not high, a new method is proposed to extract the cyclostationary characteristics of ECG signal. We denoise ECG signal through the wavelet transform. Based on the cyclostationary features of ECG signal, we adopt the method of cyclic spectrum estimation in cyclic frequencey domain to extract cyclostationary characteristics. Support vector machine is used to identify the sudden cardiac death. The results show that cyclic frequence average can especially reflect the cyclostationary characteristics of ECG signal and accurately identify the sudden cardiac death. Sudden death of ECG signal recognition accuracy up to reach 97.50%.
