Abstract: The paper analyzes the dose monitoring and control system of Varian C-series high energy linear accelerators systematically from twofold view of machine physics and electromechanical structure. It dissects the structure characteristics of chamber and implementation method of beam steering. It expounds the complete methods of quality control adjustment and troubleshooting.
