Abstract: Cancer treatment-related gene mutation detection reagent develops rapidly especially, human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) gene mutation as a molecular target for cancer therapy has received widespread attention. In this paper, through analyzing the common problems of human EGFR gene mutation detection reagent present during the past registration application. This paper describes a solution of such problems. We hope to provide information and help for relevant personnel engaged in such products registration application.
