Abstract: Based on the idea of outsourcing service, a set of maintenance outsourcing scheme was constructed from outsourcing type, pricing strategy and benchmarking management. Through outsourcing services, it would reduce maintenance costs, improve the medical quality, and improve patient satisfaction.
