自动电位滴定法和氧化还原滴定法测定输液器中易氧化物含量的比较

      The Comparison between Automatic Potentiometry and Oxidation-reduction Titration Method in Determining Easily Oxidized Substances in Infusion Sets for Single Use

      • 摘要: 目的 比较自动电位滴定法和氧化还原滴定法测定输液器中易氧化物含量的差异。方法 用自动电位滴定法和氧化还原滴定法分别测定样品中易氧化物的含量,并对两种方法进行精密度实验,测定结果进行双样本t检验。结果 自动电位滴定法和氧化还原滴定法均能满足输液器中易氧化物含量的分析要求,两种方法的相对标准偏差分别为0.06%,0.07%;α为0.05时,P值为0.92,两种方法在统计学上没有显著差别。结论 可用自动电位滴定法取代氧化还原滴定法。

         

        Abstract: Objective To Compare the automatic potentiometry and oxidation-reduction titration method in determining easily oxidized substances in infusion sets for single use. Methods The easily oxidized substances in infusion sets for single use were determined using two methods.The precise test and the Student's t test were be carried out. Results Both of the methods could satisfy the analytic demand. The relative standard deviation of automatic potentiometry is 0.06%; The relative standard deviation of oxidation-reduction titration method is 0.07%; When a was 0.05, P value was 0.92.There was no statistically significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion Automatic potentiometry method can substitute oxidation-reduction titration method.
