一体化同步扫描TOF-PET/MR分子影像设备的进展

      Technical Progress of Integrated Simultaneous TOF-PET/MR Molecular Imaging Equipment

      • 摘要: 该文介绍了一体化、同步扫描飞行时间正电子发射断层/磁共振分子影像设备的原理、结构和技术进展。简要介绍了一体化PET/MR设备的设计和组成的分类。探讨了一体化PET/MR中TOF技术发挥的作用和临床价值,实现TOF技术对PET探测器中光电转化组件的要求和完成PET/MR同步扫描的必要条件。比较了固态阵列光电转换器和雪崩光电二极管的性能差异。简单介绍目前一体化TOF-PET/MR设备采用MR成像参数对PET图像衰减校正面临的问题和技术挑战。

         

        Abstract: This paper introduces component, principle and technical progress of integrated simultaneous TOF-PET/MR molecular imaging equipment. It briefly describes the integrated PET/MRI device design and composition classification. It discusses special contributions to clinical application and research with TOF-PET/MR, requirement of photoelectric component on PET detector for attaining TOF reconstruction and the prerequisite that performed simultaneous scan on PET/MR. It compares the performance differences between APD and SSPM. The problems and the challenges of PET attenuation correction with MR image parameters are introduced briefly.
