钝化处理对降低新购不锈钢手术器械生锈率的研究

      Study on Passivation to Reduce Rusty Rate of the New Purchsed Stainless Steel Surgical Instruments

      • 摘要: 目的 通过钝化处理降低新购不锈钢手术器械的生锈率,延长复用不锈钢手术器械使用寿命,节约科室成本。方法 通过钝化处理,增强器械抵抗外界腐蚀的能力,对为期一年的器械生锈率进行统计。结果 实验组一年的生锈率为4.27%,远低于对照组。结论 通过对新购的复用不锈钢手术器械进行钝化处理,器械腐蚀速度比原来未处理前有显著下降,由此可见钝化处理可以减少器械的生锈率,延长器械的使用寿命。

         

        Abstract: Objective By passivation of the new purchased stainless steel surgical instruments to reduce rusty rate and to prolong the life of the complex stainless steel surgical instruments, and to save department cost. Methods Through passivation, instruments can enhance the ability to resist external corrosion. We carry out statistics of instruments' rust rate for one year. Results Instruments' rust rate of test group is 4.27%, is far below that of contrast group. Conclusions Through passivation of the new purchased multiplex stainless steel surgical instruments, equipment corrosion rate was significantly lower than that before the original untreated, we can see that passivation can reduce the rust rate, extend the life of the instrument.
