      • 摘要: 磁影智控自适应放疗(magnetic resonance-guided adaptive radiotherapy,MRgART)作为整合磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)实时监测与动态剂量调整的新兴技术,为肺癌放疗带来了革命性突破。该文系统梳理了MRgART的基础理论、技术进展、临床应用及未来发展方向,重点分析了其在肺癌治疗中的核心优势:通过MRI的高软组织分辨率实现肿瘤边界的精准界定,结合在线自适应计划调整应对呼吸运动及肿瘤体积变化,最终提升靶区剂量覆盖并降低正常组织毒性。

         

        Abstract: Magnetic resonance-guided adaptive radiotherapy (MRgART) represents a significant advancement in the field of lung cancer treatment, integrating real-time magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for monitoring and dynamic dose adjustment. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of the fundamental principles, technological advancements, clinical applications, and prospective developments of MRgART. It emphasizes the core benefits of MRgART in lung cancer therapy, notably its ability to precisely delineate tumor boundaries due to MRI's high soft tissue resolution. This precision, coupled with online adaptive plan modifications, effectively addresses challenges posed by respiratory motion and tumor volume fluctuations, thereby improving target dose coverage and minimizing toxicity to surrounding healthy tissues.
