基于FMEA的锥型束CT设备风险管理模式构建与实证研究

      Construction and Empirical Study of an FMEA-Based Risk Management Model for Cone-Beam CT Equipment

        目的 构建失效模式与效应分析模式,对锥型束CT设备进行风险管控,提升设备管理水平。
        方法 运用精益管理工具FMEA进行全程管理评价,选取15台锥型束CT设备依据技术性能类、环境干扰类、系统软件类、操作规范类四类失效模式,确认失效模式共计58项,其中高危项10项,对高危项进行了有效干预,分实验组与对照组进行问卷调查评价。
        结果 采用SPSS 29.0进行χ2评价、t检验。干预前后对照,操作规范类、环境干扰类、系统软件类与技术性能类的风险优先指数均值(risk priority number,RPN)大幅度下降。干预前后RPN值与工作质量评价,差异具有统计学意义。
        结论 基于FMEA模式可对锥型束CT设备进行精细化、科学化风险管控,有效提升医疗设备运行能力,提高临床服务质量。

         

        Abstract:
        Objective To construct a failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) model for risk management of cone-beam CT equipment and improve the level of equipment management.
        Methods The lean management tool FMEA was used for full-process management evaluation. A total of 15 cone-beam CT devices were selected, and four types of failure modes, including technical performance, environmental interference, system software, and operation norms, were identified. A total of 58 failure modes were confirmed, among which 10 were high-risk items. Effective interventions were carried out on the high-risk items, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the results, dividing the subjects into an experimental group and a control group.
        Results The χ2 test and t-test were performed using SPSS 29.0. Compared before and after the intervention, the mean risk priority number (RPN) of the operation norms, environmental interference, system software, and technical performance categories decreased significantly. The differences in RPN values and work quality evaluations before and after the intervention were statistically significant.
        Conclusion The FMEA model can be used for refined and scientific risk management of cone-beam CT equipment, effectively enhancing the operational capacity of medical equipment and improving the quality of clinical services.
