双模式聚焦超声治疗系统的设计实现

      Design and Implementation of a Dual-Mode Focused Ultrasound Treatment System

      • 摘要: 本研究设计了一种基于同一换能器的热消融与组织摧毁术双模式聚焦超声系统,并进行了实现和初步验证。声特性测量结果表明热消融模式下最大声功率约185W,组织摧毁术模式下最大声功率大于6000W。在不同的治疗参数下,离体实验结果表明系统可分别实现热消融导致凝固性坏死及组织摧毁术将组织裂解为匀浆,形成液化区。因此该系统可用于聚焦超声热效应和机械效应应用的临床前研究。

         

        Abstract: This study proposed and implemented a dual-mode focused ultrasound system for thermal ablation and histotripsy based on a single transducer. The acoustic characteristic measurements indicated that the maximum acoustic power was approximately 185W in thermal ablation mode and exceeded 6000W in histotripsy mode. Under different treatment parameters, the in vitro experimental results demonstrated that the system could achieve coagulative necrosis through thermal ablation and histotripsy to form homogenate and liquefaction zones, respectively. Therefore, this system can be used for preclinical research on the thermal and mechanical effects of focused ultrasound.
