人工智能在乳腺癌放射治疗中的应用进展

      Advances in Artificial Intelligence Applications for Breast Cancer Radiotherapy

      • 摘要: 乳腺癌在全球女性恶性肿瘤中具有较高的发病率,对女性健康构成严重威胁。在乳腺癌的综合治疗方案中,放射治疗扮演着关键角色。人工智能技术近年来蓬勃发展,其在乳腺癌放射治疗领域的应用范围不断扩大,尤其是以深度学习为代表的技术手段,为提升放疗精确度和优化放疗计划带来新契机。现有研究证明人工智能技术在乳腺癌放射治疗中的医学图像处理和放疗计划自动生成领域扮演重要角色。通过对相关研究成果与实践进展进行系统性地综述,并指出当前面临的主要技术难题,将为人工智能与乳腺癌放射治疗深度融合与发展提供有效助力。

         

        Abstract: Breast cancer is a highly prevalent malignant tumor among women worldwide, and radiation therapy plays a key role in its treatment process. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the field of breast cancer radiotherapy has become more and more extensive and in-depth, which has brought new opportunities to improve the treatment effect and optimize the prognosis assessment. Existing research demonstrates that artificial intelligence technology plays a crucial role in medical image processing and automated radiotherapy planning for breast cancer radiation therapy. By systematically reviewing relevant research findings and practical advancements while identifying key technical challenges, this work will provide effective support for the deep integration and development of artificial intelligence in breast cancer radiation therapy.
