基于高效可拓展架构的心磁图信息服务系统的设计与构建

      Design and Implementation of MCG Information Service System Based on A Scalable Service-Oriented Architecture

      • 摘要: 为支持国产创新医疗器械心磁图仪在国内的示范应用,推动临床诊断解决方案系统性展示和推广,本研究设计并构建网络化、智能化、标准化的冠脉微循环障碍心磁图诊断技术信息服务系统(下称心磁图信息服务系统),并根据系统功能和性能需求,设计一种基于Node.js环境,依托React和NestJS前后端框架、JWT鉴权的高效可拓展开发架构,高效便捷地实现多方医疗机构间数据共享和信息交互。目前系统已为十家医院提供心磁图临床诊断解决方案的示范推广和资源整合,累计收集临床试验病例报告845份,从信息平台和服务层面为国产创新心磁图仪冠脉微循环障碍临床诊断解决方案提供技术支持。

         

        Abstract: In order to support the demonstration application of domestic innovative medical device magnetocardiography (MCG) in China and promote the systematic display and promotion of clinical diagnosis solutions, this paper designs and constructs a networked, intelligent and standardized information service system for MCG diagnosis technology, and based on the specific requirements of the system, designs a scalable service-oriented architecture based on Node.js, relying on the front and back end frameworks of React and NestJS, and JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication, efficiently and conveniently realize data sharing and information interaction among multiple medical institutions. At present, the system has provided 10 hospitals with demonstration, promotion and resource integration of clinical diagnosis solutions of MCG, collected 845 case report forms (CRF), and provided technical support for clinical diagnosis solutions of coronary microvascular disease of domestic innovative MCG from the information platform and service level.
