青少年特发性脊柱侧凸检测防治系统发展的综述

      • 摘要: 青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的整体治疗过程是一个涵盖检测、预防、治疗的系统流程。随着科技的进步和临床研究的深入,通过基因检测、优化观察风险评估及构建风险模型达到检测预防的目的,及主要非手术和微创智能化优化的手术治疗方案进行系统总结,对前沿的青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的预测预防及治疗方法及精准医疗的发展进行综述,为医务人员的科学研究及临床决策提供帮助。

         

        Abstract: The overall treatment process of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis encompasses diagnosis, detection, treatment, and prevention. With the advancement of technology and in-depth clinical research, significant progress has been made in various aspects, from the improvement of both traditional Chinese and Western medical treatment methods to the realization of precise surgery through modern artificial intelligence and bio-material technology updates, and to the more accurate prediction of risks through risk models, optimized observation risk assessment methods, and genetic testing. This article systematically summarizes the etiological formation mechanism of adolescent scoliosis and the latest surgical and non-surgical methods, and reviews the cutting-edge prediction, prevention, and treatment methods of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis as well as the development of precision medicine, providing assistance for medical researchers and clinical decision-making.
