移动式低场磁共振成像的关键技术与发展前景

      Key Technologies and Development Prospects of Mobile Low-Field MRI Devices

      • 摘要: 目前临床上使用的磁共振系统多为高场磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)系统其价格昂贵、运维成本高、成像时间长。而低场强磁共振成像设备凭借其零噪音、成像快、可移动、成本低等优势,近年来在现代医学领域受到广泛关注。该文从成像质量、低频干扰和快速成像与成像清晰度等方面介绍了移动式MRI设备的研发技术难点,分析了移动式MRI设备的应用场景,提出消除环境噪声、AI增强算法实现快速成像并提升图像质量的研究思路,为未来移动式MRI设备的研发提供理论依据和实践参考。

         

        Abstract: Current clinical MRI systems are primarily high-field MRI systems, with foreign brands such as Siemens, Philips, and GE occupying over 70% of the domestic market share. These systems are expensive, have high operational costs and long imaging times. In contrast, low-field MRI devices have garnered significant attention in modern medicine in recent years due to their advantages, including quiet operation, rapid imaging, portability, and low cost. This study discussed the challenges in developing mobile MRI systems, focusing on image quality, low-frequency interference, and the trade-off between fast imaging and image clarity. It also analyzed the potential application scenarios of mobile MRI, proposing research strategies to address environmental noise elimination, AI-enhanced algorithms for rapid imaging, and image quality enhancement. These insights provide theoretical foundations and practical references for future advancements in portable MRI technology.
