高效液相色谱法测定血液透析液及透析用浓缩物中醋酸根含量

      Determination of Acetate Content in the Dialysis Fluid and Concentrates for Hemodialysis by HPLC

        目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定血液透析液及透析用浓缩物中醋酸根含量的方法。
        方法 :采用高效液相色谱法,使用极性端基封尾的醚连接苯基色谱柱;以磷酸盐缓冲溶液(50 mmol/L,pH=2.5)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:212 nm;对血液透析液及透析用浓缩物中醋酸根进行了含量测定。
        结果 :醋酸根线性范围为0.1~20 mmol/L,r=0.9999,加标回收率在98.9%~99.5%之间, RSD<0.5% (n=3)
        结论 :本方法能够简便、准确地测定透析液及透析用浓缩物中醋酸根含量,可应用于此类产品的生产、使用环节的质量控制。

         

        Abstract:
        Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for acetate of dialysis fluid and concentrates for hemodialysis.
        Methods The column used is Synergi Polar-RP. Phosphate Buffered Saline(50 mmol/L, pH=2.5)is used as mobile phase. The flow rate is 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength of detection is 212 nm.
        Results The linear relationship of acetate is good in the range of 0.1~20 mmol/L, r=0.9999. The recoveries were from 98.9%~99.5% RSD<0.5% (n=3).
        Conclusion This method can easily and accurately determine the content of acetate ions in dialysate and dialysate concentrates, and can be applied to quality control in the production and use of such products.
