新型功能性止血敷料在PICC置管后持续渗血者中的应用进展

      Progress in Application of Novel Functional Hemostatic Dressing in Patients with Continuous Bleeding after PICC Catheterization

      • 摘要: PICC置管后渗血发生率高,增加穿刺点感染、非计划性拔管风险,置管早期需使用止血敷料减少渗血,而新型止血敷料种类繁多、各具优势,给医护人员在敷料选择上造成困难。该文介绍了功能性止血敷料类型及止血特征,分别综述了壳聚糖、氰基丙烯酸酯胶、藻酸盐、明胶海绵、氧化纤维素敷料止血机制及在PICC穿刺处的止血效果,并对新型功能性止血敷料研制前景进行展望,未来止血敷料将趋向于多能化、复合化方向发展。

         

        Abstract: The high incidence of bleeding after PICC catheterization increases the risk of puncture site infection and unplanned extubation. Hemostatic dressings should be used in the early stage of catheterization to reduce blood infiltration. However, new hemostatic dressings have various types and advantages, which makes them difficult for medical staff to choose dressings. This paper introduces the types and hemostatic characteristics of functional hemostatic dressings, reviews the hemostatic mechanism and hemostatic effect of chitosan, cyanoacrylate gum, alginate, gelatin sponge and oxycellulose dressings in PICC puncture respectively, and prospects the development of new functional hemostatic dressings, which will tend to be pluripotent and complex in the future.
