Abstract:
Objective Explore device solutions for the Internet of Things to improve the efficiency of daytime operating rooms and process management in inpatient departments, and solve the problems of frequent and long distance movements of anesthesiologists and parade nurses. Evaluate the impact of surgery on patients, determine the improvement benefits of the plan, reduce the duration of surgery for patients, and increase medical satisfaction.
Method A comparative experiment was conducted between the implementation of IoT device solutions and operating rooms that were not implemented. The quantitative data recorded was empirically analyzed using SPSS-T test.
Result The operating room using the Internet of Things solution reduced the number and distance of movements of anesthesiologists and patrol nurses, as well as the time required for surgical recording, resulting in higher satisfaction.
Conclusion The use of the plan in the operating room can improve the efficiency of the operating room, reduce recording time, and improve the work efficiency of anesthesiologists and tour nurses through real-time data decision-making.
