无创双水平呼吸治疗系统的研制

      Development of Non-Invasive Bi-Level Breathing Therapy System

      • 摘要: 目前,针对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS)尚无有效的药物治疗手段,通常是通过呼吸机给予机械通气进行治疗。该文研发了一套适用于家用场景的无创双水平呼吸治疗系统,该系统支持单水平和双水平正压通气治疗,同时引入了基于流量监测的吸气同步触发功能以加强人机治疗的同步性。测试结果显示该系统的各项性能指标符合预期,各通气模式能够正常实现,能够满足家用无创呼吸机的使用要求。

         

        Abstract: At present, there is no effective drug treatment for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS), which is usually treated by mechanical ventilation through a ventilator. In this paper, a non-invasive bi-level breathing therapy system suitable for home scenarios is developed, which supports single-level and bi-level positive airway pressure therapy, and introduces the function of inspiratory synchronous trigger based on flow monitoring to strengthen the synchrony of patient-ventilator synchronization. The test results show that the performance indicators of the system meet expectations, each ventilation mode can be normally realized, and can meet the requirements for the use of home non-invasive ventilator.
