基于多特征参数的无创连续血压测量系统的研制

      Development of a Non-Invasive Continuous Blood Pressure Measurement System Based on Multiple Feature Parameters

      • 摘要: 为解决目前国内无创连续血压测量技术难以实现应用的问题,该文研制了一套高性能同步心电、脉搏信号采集系统,搭建了PC端人机交互软件平台,并集成了连续血压测量相关算法,完成了基于同步ECG和PPG信号的脉搏波传导时间等多个特征参数提取,实现了无创连续血压的测量。为验证系统测量准确性,进行了测试与对比验证,结果显示该系统满足相关标准要求,具有良好的应用价值。

         

        Abstract: To solve the problem of difficulty in implementing non-invasive continuous blood pressure measurement technology in China, this article developed a high-performance synchronous ECG and PPG signal acquisition system, built a PC human-computer interaction software, and integrated continuous blood pressure measurement related algorithms. Multiple feature parameters such as pulse wave transit time based on synchronous ECG and PPG signals were extracted, and non-invasive continuous blood pressure measurement was achieved. To verify the measurement accuracy of the system, testing and comparative verification were conducted, and the results showed that the system meets the requirements of relevant standards and has good application value.
